During the growth period of the ball python, the owner can feed it once a week, one suckling mouse at a time, and control the feeding amount to about one-tenth of the ball python's weight. After the ball python reaches adulthood, the owner can feed it once every two weeks, one adult mouse at a time. Do not move it within 1 to 2 days after feeding to avoid causing the ball python to vomit.
During the breeding process, the owner must feed the ball python regularly and must not feed blindly. In addition, it is not recommended that owners feed ball pythons birds because birds have sharp beaks that can easily scratch the ball python's intestines.
