Lung injury arises from trauma or internal injury.
Causes of Dog Hemorrhage Of The Lungs
Pulmonary hemorrhage may occur in conjunction with trauma or coagulopathy. Pulmonary contusion and hemorrhage are common after trauma. Congestion formed within 6h after trauma. The symptoms worsened within 24 to 48 hours, and complete healing was usually achieved within 3 to 10 days. There may also be other symptoms of chest trauma, such as fractured ribs. "Pulmonary hemorrhage can occur with coagulopathies such as coumarin poisoning (benzylcoumarin poisoning), von Willebrand disease, cardiac helminth disease (oxaliasis), or disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC)." Pulmonary hemorrhage can be complicated by bleeding from the mediastinum and/or pleura or from other sites.

Surgical treatment is an effective treatment according to the causes of the disease, but the indications should be strictly selected. Hemostatic agents, such as anluoxue and hemostatic sensitivity, were given, and 1:20000 epinephrine solution was dropped into the bleeding bronchus. Broad-spectrum antibiotics were given to prevent infection, and the pulmonary contusion caused by trauma worsened within 24 to 48 hours after injury. If complications occur, the animal should be considered to have the corresponding injury.
