Cats will have different appearances and personalities at different ages. Kittens that are one to two months old have a short body, soft fur, and large and bright eyes. They love to play but require constant petting and attention. When a cat is three to four months old, its body begins to become slender and its hair becomes thicker. They are very active and love to chase and jump.
Cats aged five to six months have longer bodies and softer hair, and begin to enter puberty. They begin to exhibit a more independent and confident personality. Cats after one year old have mature bodies, thicker hair, and more mature and stable personalities. These cats are usually quiet and enjoy sleeping, but do require constant attention and care.
