The tail of the Korean Cotton Veil Dog is very short. The Cotton Veil Dog has Bichon ancestry and looks very similar to the Bichon Frize. When its fur grows, it looks very similar to the Maltese dog. Therefore, although they are rare, they are very popular. It looks familiar. The Bichon Frize's coat is curly and easy to stand up, the Maltese's coat is smoother, and the Cotton Veil Dog's coat is right in between them, in a large wavy shape and slightly curly shape.
Their fur is very thick and fluffy, and feels like thick cotton, hence the name. Because the fur is long and dense, and not curly like the Bichon Frize, their fur tends to fall down and cover their eyes as it grows longer. Generally, they need to be tied in small braids to prevent the fur from blocking their vision.
