Yes, Komodo dragons can easily handle hyenas. The Komodo dragon is the largest lizard subspecies in the world and is native to the Indonesian islands of Komodo, Rinca, Flores and Gili Motang. They can grow up to 2.6 meters including their tails and weigh up to 90 kilograms. As the dominant species on the island, Komodos eat almost anything they want.
