Mite bites: The skin lesions appear as edematous wheal-like papules, papuloherpes or ecchymoses with small blisters on them. There are often insect bite petechiae in the center. Sometimes small pale rings can be seen around the skin lesions, and the skin is itchy at night. Can affect sleep. Mosquito bites: Skin lesions appear as petechiae, wheals, papules or ecchymoses on the skin after mosquito bites. Infants and young children can develop angioedema, and in severe cases, immediate allergic reactions, delayed allergic reactions, or even systemic reactions may occur.
Midbit bites:Occurs in exposed areas of the skin. The rash is dispersed and distributed, with local petechiae or edematous erythema, wheal-like papules and blisters. It is extremely itchy and may even cause systemic allergic reactions. In severe cases, angioedema or systemic wheals and large ecchymoses may occur. Erosion, exudation or secondary infection are often caused by scratching or stimulation by dirt.
