Secondly, when a dog is infected with internal parasites, it is easy to have jelly-like stools during defecation, and there will also be parasites. The dog needs to be dewormed in time. Finally, when dogs are infected with infectious diseases such as parvovirus and canine distemper, they may also experience symptoms such as jelly-like stools, vomiting, fever, etc., and require timely antiviral treatment.

1. Indigestion

If the owner usually feeds the dog greasy food, or often feeds the dog too much meat, canned food, etc., it will cause the dog to have indigestion. Sometimes I will have jelly-like stools. At this time, the owner can fast for the dog for a day, and then feed the dog some easily digestible food such as porridge, and feed the dog some probiotics to promote digestion.

2. Parasitic infection

Normally, dogs need to be dewormed internally every three months and externally dewormed every month. 3. Infectious diseases

If the dog is young and has not been vaccinated, it will be easily infected with canine distemper and parvovirus due to its poor resistance and immunity. , causing the dog to have jelly-like feces, and may also be accompanied by other conditions such as listlessness, loss of appetite, vomiting, fever, fishy smell in the stool, etc. If you suspect this is the case, you need to take your dog to the pet hospital for testing and diagnosis in time, and then carry out targeted treatment.
