Generally, when carrying out internal deworming, it is recommended to wait 3 to 4 hours after the cat has eaten food and after feeding the deworming medicine. The cat needs to be fasted for 5 to 6 hours to ensure that the anthelmintic drug is effective.

3. Pay attention to the feces after deworming

In a few days after deworming the cat, dead parasites and eggs will usually be excreted with the stool. If If your cat develops symptoms of diarrhea during this process, it is recommended that you contact a doctor for consultation.

4. Deworming is not allowed during pregnancy or when in poor health

If the cat is unwell, sick, or pregnant, deworming is likely to cause serious damage to the cat’s health. It causes great damage to life and health, and even has life-threatening effects.
