1. Normal phenomenon

2. Indigestion

3. Enteritis

It may be caused by microbial infection, immune imbalance, etc. Symptoms such as bloody stools, abdominal pain, diarrhea, etc. may occur, and when bloody stools are oxidized by air, they will appear black. . 4. Gastric ulcer

5. Intestinal tuberculosis
